The beta

AuditionAlly is currently offered as a TestFlight beta. It is still being tested, so features, availability, and performance may change. We may update, pause, or end the beta at any time.

Your use of the beta through TestFlight is also subject to Apple's applicable terms.

Your scripts and recordings

Only import, record, edit, or share material that you have the right to use. You are responsible for protecting confidential, embargoed, and NDA-covered material. Do not send that material to us in a beta report or support email.

Your privacy

Your sides, takes, and audio stay on your device unless you choose to export, share, or send them. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Use the beta responsibly

Do not use AuditionAlly to break the law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the beta, or attempt to gain access to anything you are not authorized to access.

No guarantee

To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” Check imported sides, rehearse your setup, and review each exported take before you rely on it for an audition or other important use.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AuditionAlly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the beta.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the beta changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
